Free Calls and Broadband

Compliance with the fair use policy is a contractual requirement however most of our customers will not be affected by the policies listed below:

Horizon (hosted) Customers

Where free calls are offered under the Horizon contract a fair use is capped at 2,000 minutes per individual per calendar month from end point to end point. Free calls include 2,000 minutes to local and national numbers (01/02/03)* as of 1st July 2013 and 2,000 minutes to UK mobile destinations as of 1st February 2014 (FM1, FM3, FM4, FM5 and FM6) per individual. Any calls which lie outside of this will be charged at pence per minute in accordance with the company rates. Free calls only apply to calls over the Gamma Horizon network and any calls made outside of this network will be chargeable at the companies standard local, national and mobile rates.

Telnet International LTD reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

*03 shall not exceed 15% of total calls for any individual user.

Broadband Customers

Fair use for broadband customers may be limited at 50/100/150/200 Giga bytes (GB) per connection. You may pay for a service which is capped at 10 Giga bytes (GB) and may be subject to charges if you exceed this limit on a per GB basis. Your service may be unlimited by default and re-grading may be available if you go over this limit, to find out more details on your service please contact us directly. We will notify you where possible if you exceed your monthly usage.
