It’s all very well getting cheaper calls if you are billed inaccurately, irregularly or not at all! Telnet International Ltd not only produce and rate all telephone calls internally – so there is no reliability on 3rd party billing Companies but we are also well known within the industry for supplying some of the UK’s most powerful billing products. If you see a likeness between our bills and those of our competitors it is likely that they have used or are using our billing services.

Direct Connect

Telephone calls are billed monthly in arrears with a paper bill being produced the second week of each calendar month. Itemised bills are available on request but for our larger customers we are encouraging them to have their itemisation sent via disk, CD or even email. This further allows you to really get to grips with your telephone usage with all data being provided in Excel compatible format. We are also in the final stages of providing On-line Billing, this will better assist you in managing your call costs with daily updates of your call data records to your monthly bill.

If you operate as a head office there are numerous ways we can provide you with the analysis tools to best monitor your telephony costs. For example you can have your invoices;

  • Sent directly to site
  • Sent directly to head office, with your site reference numbers clearly shown on each document
  • Sent as a single invoice (to head office) for all you sites but with a breakdown of your telephone calls grouped by site allowing your accounts dept. to use the analysis for their cost accounting
